The blade It is forged from a single piece of steel. This high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel has a high carbon content (X55) for a particularly good edge retention.
The blade has a fine polishing and grinding pattern so that nothing sticks to it. It is hardened to 56-57 HRC in a vacuum. The final sanding and deduction is done by a master hand and guarantees perfect and effortless cutting.
The handle The ergonomic, velvety and particularly robust handle lies particularly comfortably and securely in the hand. The shells of the seamless handle are firmly connected to each other with three stainless steel rivets. The material is particularly robust and can withstand temperatures of up to 200 ° C (short-term contact).
